Welcome to Whimsy Sweets Co.

My name is Sierra and I’m the woman behind Whimsy. I’ve spent my whole life obsessed with being creative, spending thousands of dollars at Michaels on new hobbies (constantly).

Two years ago, with very basic knowledge but LOTS of passion, I decided to apply to work as a pastry chef at a bakery in Vermont. Much to my surprise, I was hired; and that’s where my love of baking really took off!

Nothing makes me happier than being in the kitchen, following a classic Martha Stewart recipe, or blindly creating something of my own.

Now located in Saint Augustine, FL and operating under the Cottage Home Food Act, I’m so excited to get to share my passion with YOU!
